I'm. Y'all seriously need to fix the issue with not remembering the Bluetooth thingy. This has worked flawlessly for almost 3 years, maybe it's been 4. The new update thing.... No. Let me go back. The way back machine. Fire it up and let's take a trip back to simpler times. You with me? Ok, come on. Load up. That's it. Buckle up. We are going back, way back.

Unforseen health issues pulled me out of my truck for a few months, no phone, TV, no internet and no email is the scale of how sick I was, OTR2 is probably the best product on the market hands down but what's not good is it's nothing but a paper weight without subscription, I had Diesel Laptops and sold it when I got OTR2 not knowing you can't clear a single fault code without a sub I accept blame for not understanding that important infor purchasing OTR2 so 4 months subscription lost so 1 star

i cant acces the app, when i log in and try to access the app, the main screen is frozen, i cant choose the adapter so it can inspect further.
