About this app

The “Open1|Decisions” Decision Management Application for Collective Bodies is a modern solution for the management and processing of decisions of all types of Councils and Committees.

It offers the user all the necessary tools for organizing the work of a collective body, from creating the agenda to issuing the decision.

The user has the ability to register the proposals, create the meeting and inform the members about the meeting via email or push notification.

Through the application, members can register their vote for each issue of the meeting they participate in and have all the necessary information gathered. For example, relevant documents concerning the meeting or the decisions.

Finally, citizens have the ability to connect with their personal TaxisNet codes in the application and refer to the decisions that have been issued, thus ensuring the transparency of the process.
