The project monitoring application “Open1|Project360°” is a modern solution for the structured management and supervision of the financial, technical and administrative parameters of a project.
It offers the user all the necessary tools for the comprehensive monitoring of the progress of a project, from the initial planning and budget, to its implementation, contracts, financing and completion.
Through the application, the user has the ability to monitor the basic financial data of the project in a centralized manner, such as the study or project budget, the budget per year, the eligible expenditure, financing, annual reforms, as well as the balances in relation to the budget and the contractual values.
At the same time, Open1|Project360° supports the monitoring of important technical and operational information, such as the project schedule, start and end dates, extensions, detailed layouts, measurements by the contractor and letters of guarantee.
The application contributes to better coordination of project teams, providing an overall picture of the status and progress of each project. In this way, it facilitates decision-making based on accurate and organized data, while limiting the risk of delays or budget overruns.
