I actually really enjoy this app, I'm learning a lot of great strategies, and more information about Otter's products. I enjoy the UI and the points system/badges really keeps me motivated!

Otter University is a terrible replacement for Otter Rewards. They basically cut all the incentives in half and the shop is limited to a few items that you can only redeem once per.

The representative was amazing and able to really set the expectation of what to expect and his contact info incase we need any support
