No support for the app. There is a code needed to "activate" the app but the app only allows a few seconds. By the time the email is sent and received and the code seen the app has already timed out. I have reached out to the support email for the app but zero response. UPDATE: two months later and ZERO support. ZERO replies from support or any of my posts on the ottoplay official pages. If I could give this less than one star, I would.

Scam product, tried to update ottocast mini 3.0. you cannot have a simultaneous connection to wifi and LTE so you will never be able to update the device, also tried using a USB to Ethernet cable connected to phone and it doesn't allow the connection. the android auto lags and drops all the time and requires you to unplug and plug back in. requested a refund and they keep asking for "videos" of it not working and all these tier 1 troubleshooting steps. waste of $50, stick with AAwireless.

I bought an Ottocast Mini TUBE (2026). I tried to update its firmware via browser (while connected to it in the car with android auto showing) but the 192.168.1.101 doesn't open and I check my LTE connection (is working fine with Verizon). So, can you please add support to "Ottocast mini TUBE" in this App (Otto Pilot), thanks in advance.
