OttoLog Time Clock is the electronic time and attendance app from Otto Log Express, designed for employees to securely clock in and out using their mobile phones. It's a corporate app: access is granted by HR after registration.

Clocking in takes seconds, works offline, and keeps your timesheet accurate and transparent.

How it works

Register your arrival, break, and departure directly from your smartphone. When you tap "clock in," the app captures a selfie and your location (GPS) to verify that it was you at your workplace. The camera and GPS are activated ONLY at the moment of clocking in and do not collect anything in the background. The selfie is used only to verify presence at the time of clocking in and is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

• Clocking in: entry, break, and exit in just a few taps.

• Selfie at clocking in: verifies the employee's presence.

• Geolocation (GPS): validates the registration at the workplace (geofence), only at the moment of clocking in.

• Anti-fraud: detects fake location (mock GPS) and flags suspicious clockings for HR analysis.

• Offline mode: without internet, the clocking is saved on the device and synchronizes automatically when the connection returns.

• Queries: work schedule, time bank, time sheet, and clocking history.

• Requests: request time adjustments and attach medical certificates and supporting documents.

• Passwordless login: enter with CPF (Brazilian tax ID) or email + personal PIN.

• Notifications: clocking reminders and alerts (e.g., vacation) — can be disabled.

• PIN stored in encrypted form (hash).

• Communication protected by HTTPS.

• Data processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD).
