Track it Forward is an affordable volunteer time tracking platform fit for small and large non-profits, schools, universities, museums, government grantees and many other types of organizations. Volunteers can log hours through a kiosk, this free mobile app, or our website.

Each volunteer has access to the following from their mobile device:
Hour log form
Selfie, geo-location & signature submission forms
Personal volunteer timesheet
Goal progress
Event sign ups

In addition, admins also have access to:
Add new volunteers
Review submissions and verifications
Approve and reject hours
Check in & out volunteers from events
Review what volunteers are signed in onsite

Ratings and reviews

We have used this app to record volunteer hours for the Herb Society of America Pioneer Unit. for over 5 years. Previously it was done by hand via email or phone call. The members can record their hours quickly on the app on their phones, even our older volunteers manage it just fine. It is easy to set up and clear and easy to report on. We highly recommend it!!!

it does the basic job of letting me schedule and enter time worked, but it's difficult to find a total of MY hours over time. The program talks to the organization and gives organizational info rather than the volunteer. It's confusing and frustrating.

This electronic method of documenting hours is so covient! I'm glad we switched from paper to this app!
