So far so good. The browser is extremely fast, which I love. However, on my GS8+, opening the browser leaves 2 instances in my Recents list; one of which appears to be the splash screen. If you cash remove that, this browser would be basically perfect. Edit: This happens any time you navigate back to the browser, even if it was already open.
A real promesing browser but shurly misses some work. The need for pages to load in background is a must and it has a hard time opening weblinks from a page, especially if the command is "open in new window/tab". Hopefully it gets a update soon. Keep up the excellent work.
So far I'm enjoying it, however I'm unable to find a way to import my bookmarks from Chrome to surfy. This application could be perfect for me, if there was a way to do so.
needing to minimise the size or to be able to transfer to sd .. I was searching a lot for a good browser with a small size maxthon browser is small and can transfer to sd but u are better a lot so wishing u can solve this .. the back button is bad u will have a problem if u try to login face in private mode but that's good in others ... And impoting & exporting bookmarks that all what i noticed thank you a lot we support u for this amazing app.
I like this browser and i chose it as my default browser but i want you to fix the back and forward page button to work properly..thanks
Following my initial review, I used Surfy for a while as a replacement for Chrome. Some issues like crashes and the disappearing ability to upload to Flickr made me look around at other browsers, particularly Dolphin. I switched back to Surfy a few days ago. The unbelievable problems that swiftly heaped up with Dolphin practically made Surfy's few glitches a non-issue! Not least the fact that Dolphin crashed far more often. I would like it if the better stability was increased still further, but I trust that's being constantly worked on and tweaked already. At this point the one thing I would like added to Surfy is the ability to organise favourite sites, saved to the launchpad, into folders; or the ability to reorganise saved bookmarks within folders, not just limited to the chronological order in which bookmarks were added. The latter's a strange omission in a lot of mobile browsers, in my view. But I'll still be using Surfy regardless.
