Played this game a lot. Enjoyed it. But when I was missing rewards from an event I was very excited for, they took forever to respond to my support "ticket", and then didn't offer any solutions to the issue. Just went 'look forward to future updates, thanks for the feedback!' It sort of killed the game for me. Everything else is fine about it.

I can't even watch the ads to take in cats if my building is at capacity. if I try it just reboots the game. sad that the cat drowns, gets caught by a dog, or left in a basket when I try to take them in and can't. can't expand because of the level you need to be at and the money, which you barely make. probably going to delete. Thinking of a cat meeting it's demise because a game won't let you take it in is disturbing.

I loved this game at first and gave it a five star review. I spent over $50 on this game, and had progressed to at least the 4th level. Then, the next time I opened the game my progress was reset, my purchases were gone, and there was no way to access my previous purchases or load my game progress. I never logged out of the game from my Google account. So I went to the support chat and described my issues. There was no response right away, so I gave it a few days. It's now been 3 days, nothing.
