TWICE my ENTIRE game was completely restarted!! I get 80% of the way through the 3rd shelter and I go to play the game and it's taking me through a tutorial as if I'm a brand new player!! This has happened TWICE! I'm very happy I didn't waste any money on this app bc it would be just that, a WASTE! You will lose all of your progress.

An okay game but it takes FOREVER to make money, which you need to do EVERYTHING, as things get more and more expensive! You lose money adopting out the cats. What's worse, it doesn't even let you run things in the background, like construction or any upgrades. You HAVE to sit on your screen waiting for it to finally finish, and pretty much have to rely on time skip/money ads to get through ANYTHING. Honestly was gonna give it 3 stars but...I can't even. Deleting this game.

It took me forever to understand what I was supposed to do, the intro only shows a third of the game play. The upgrades cost a lot & the rewards are so low that within a few minutes of play you are already relying on ads in order to move forward. The screen is pointlessly crowded with junk you don't even use, you constantly don't have space for rescues, the "goals" they give you are disproportionate, the ads were uncomfortable, & this is NOT an "idle" game as it makes zero progress without you.
