My rewards number doesn't work all the time. I earned a reward and it wouldn't scan. It was in app and scanned as invalid. The store is clean, the staff is efficient. But my rewards had been off and on for over 6 months. I have lost lots of points I get gas every 2-3days. If it wasn't for the fact I need Top Tier gas, I would go back to speedway! Points help me save money!

Won't scan my barcode at ANY location. Clerk constantly had to enter my phone number and then gives me dirty looks because there are 10 people waiting in line behind me and she doesn't have time to do all this. Why won't the barcode scan?! The clerks at multiple locations complain about it NEVER WORKING!

So far so good.... would be great if the App could scan your receipt to get the rewards. I'm very forgetful or the cashier says I entered my rewards information, when I get the receipt it doesn't have any rewards information on it. Would be nice if the cashier's would help remind me to use my rewards numbers.
