Old credentials seem to have disappeared. Tried to reset them and the recovery email does not arrive. Call the company and they send you to the online FAQ and then the connection gets terminated. Called then a select the option 5 (other) and then you get placed into a long waiting list. Does this company understand it works in a service business? Seems not.

You, as company, are only here to provide a service. How can that service be soooo terrible? In the app, few months ago, charging spots were at least visible. (90% did not list a price at all). But now they dont even show charging spots. What the hell?! Give back the website, which was working perfectly fine and a lot better than this garbage.

App barely works. App is slow, buttons are out of the view and there is an annoying popup telling me I don't have an internet connection whilst loading half of the data. This app is more annoying than useful so far.
