Hi team, Super new user here. Great interface, easy to navigate, big buttons, it works as it should on my Android. One big downside is that once submitted, I can't really 'update' the case. So I can't add, remove or edit the description. Or even add another few lines for context. If I'm on the move, I don't have time to give details/context. I want to come back and add more details. Also, if there was a comment section, then the solver and sender can communicate better. There is zero comms atm.

So easy to use, I often find the entities who are sent the information are not consistent in their communication back to you. The SSS app makes it so easy to report something. It is all too easy to just walk past something and think that somebody else will report it, with Snap Send Solve there is no excuse not to report items that are needing fixing or work done. It makes out community much safer and pleasant.

My snap is still set as open in the app and updates are set to email. Didn't receive any updates after 3 weeks so called CCC. CCC said the ticket was closed. However, it is still an issue. I didnt know it was closed and the app doesn't seem to update properly and wasted my time. Better to just call the local authority.
