OptiHR is the simple HR app for VSEs/SMEs: leave requests, team scheduling, internal announcements, and sales bonus tracking.

• Application reserved for OptiHR client companies.
• Log in with company code, email, and password provided by your employer.

• Leave: Create a request, track status, receive decisions.
• Manager/HR validation: Approval/rejection, automatic conflict detection.
• Team scheduling: Absences and events visible at a glance.
• Internal announcements: Messages and PDF documents shared by the company.
• Sales bonuses: Sales data entry, automatic bonus calculation, history
and periods frozen by management.
• Employee profile: Basic contact information (name, email, phone, address).
• Push notifications: Alerts on leave decisions and new announcements.

Security & Privacy
• Email/password authentication, secure session tokens.
• Data encrypted in transit (TLS).
• OptiHR does not resell your data and only collects what is necessary
for the service to function (login credentials, profile information, and HR content entered in the app).
