Plan, organize, record and relive any trip in one place. From the family weekend to the big expeditions, Overland OS goes with you from the planning to the Memory Book, and it keeps working even when the signal runs out.
Mission Control, the screen you come in through
The opening screen shows what matters today. What is under way, what has expired, and what to do next. You see the six stages of the trip at the same time, without opening them one by one.
The adventure cycle
• Inspirations: the idea saved the moment it shows up.
• Adventures: the idea becomes an itinerary, with dates, the route on the map, and the campsite, lodging and crossing reservations.
• Participants: who is coming along, children and pets included, with each person's document deadlines.
• Checklists: lists grouped by block, showing what is done and what is missing.
• Logbook: the record of the day, with photos and location. Import a GPX or TCX file and the physical activity of the route comes in with it.
• Memory Book: at the end of the adventure, what happened becomes a book you can keep and share.
Every trip leaves the idea for the next one.
Always on
Three things follow all six stages, from beginning to end.
• Inventory: what you own, where it is stored, and when each warranty, service or expiry date comes due.
• Energy Lab: your vehicle's power while it is being used, with EcoFlow and Victron Energy. Renogy and Bluetti coming soon.
• Costs: the expense goes in on the day it happens, by category.
It warns you before it becomes a problem
Driver's license, passport, visa, insurance, vehicle registration, warranty, service, item expiry, low stock and an upcoming reservation. The app tracks the deadlines and tells you in advance. You do not have to remember to open a screen.
No signal, still useful
In the app, whatever you have already opened stays on screen without internet. Whatever you record is held on the device and uploads on its own when the connection returns.
The whole family
One account holds the family or the whole crew. Each person has their own access. What one records, the others see.
What we do not do
No ads. No advertising trackers. We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not train artificial intelligence on your content. You can export everything whenever you want. And you can delete your account through a page that does not even require a login.

An invitation you receive on your phone now opens straight in the app, with no browser in between and no second sign in.
