The tune-bot tuning calculator will help you determine the notes and frequencies to reach your perfect sound. Based on your drums and your personal preferences the tune-bot will provide recommended settings based on musical intervals. Needs updating, but solid. Currently all it really does is suggest some tunings (which are fine unless you're running 1-up, 1-down, where it ignores Tunebots' own advice and does them an octave apart...) and let's you save them. Easy improvements: * Rename saved tunings, I can't remember what Set 1 or Set 2 are! * Suggestions for 13" snares * Better navigation (Swiping back closes the app in most places)

Absolutely love this device! I frequently notice I'm getting irrational readings despite having the filter activated after establishing the first lug at the correct tuning...the Reso head is on the drum stool muffled with a towel underneath. However, once tunings are established it's amazing how accurate the note is. Five decades of tuning by ear and the device could have saved me countless hours of frustration. Would be 5 stars, except for one major issue; when only two toms are selected under drum set tuning (eg 12 and 16) it suggests tuning a full octave apart. This is just weird, wrong and sounds awful. The tune-bot pdf guide table sensibly suggests a perfect 5th interval for two toms so why doesn't the app do the same???
