Uhm, excuse me but why is it that everytime i try to sign up on this app, i didnt even receive the otp code? How am i suppose to sign up when the otp code didn't even bother to show up?! Ive uninstal and reinstall it, didnt change anything. My connections are fine. Sooo, whats the problem here? Can we get it fix? Im a new potential customer here n you guys tryna do me dirty here? 😒

In a day there must be one transaction that does not enter, even though in a transaction using the QR code on the customer's cellphone we state that the payment has been successful, I am only a small entrepreneur, it is not appropriate for a payment application to have something like this happen, this destroys my trust in your application

My problem is Unreadable QRIS when customers tried to pay with OVO, but it's perfectly fine with other platform like G*Pay, D*na etc. I've reported it to CS but got no solution from them. First they want me to re-install the app which is not helpful at all. Second they gave me a PDF File which is the same QRIS but still cannot be used, and Third solution was back to step one which is re-install the app. I told them it wasn't helpful at all and they haven't replied me back since 6 hrs ago .
