Ratings and reviews

A really good platform for JEE/NEET/KEAM/CUET/Other competetive exam preperation. Xylem has best faculty line-up. The app UI is user friendly. The ask doubt features allows students to ask their doubt for a specific part of the class at any time. Recorded classes makes students to get in touch with basics. Classes given for +1&+2 are detailed and understanding. But the app is not providing notification when live starts. There is no option to edit or delete chats in live.

Not able to switch phone numbers at all. Rude and ignorant setup agent but quite good classes and easy to understand. Would recommend just be careful to lookout for rude setup agents/people that call you to verify

The apps server is very slow...I thought my network was bad but it was actually the app.And when I download videos sometimes it just doesn't finish the last processing after it has used up all my data.I tried to contact the mentor about this,but she hasn't replied even though she saw it 2 weeks ago.The I tried to to contact the xylem team through the app.But when I tried to submit the complaint,it just said BAD REQUEST....I mean what the hell...
