About this app

Are you between 16 and 29 years old and wondering about your assets for your professional career?
Are you also planning to go on vacation soon alone or with friends?
This app is for you!

Without necessarily realizing it, to prepare and then go on vacation on your own, you need to activate many skills: forecasting, making decisions, solving problems ...
Capture Your Strength helps you reveal and strengthen your skills at the different stages of your vacation (preparation, departure, return) to become aware of and highlight your strengths!
By completing quests, get Open Skill Badges, which you can then distribute widely to improve your image with employers, training centers, your parents;)

How it works ?
 First answer 4 personality questions to identify your skills profile to strengthen and then select the ones you want to work on.
 For each skill, solve 5 quests spread before, during and after your vacation and download evidence to validate them.
 When you return from vacation, after completing all your quests, get a badge for each skill.
 Collect your badges by email or directly on the Open Badges Passport platform and distribute them on the networks, on your CV, etc.

Captte tes forces is developed by the Open Holidays association. In October 2020, this application won the 1st prize in the "Skills Developer" Hackathon organized by Pôle Emploi Provence-Alpes-Côte d´Azur and La Ruche Marseille. It is also supported by Macif Île-de-France and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
It is completely free.
