Oxalys Mobility is designed for users of the Oxalys procurement management software.
Take advantage of mobile procurement:
- Mobile users have direct access via their mobile device to place ‘over-the-counter’ purchase orders, ‘standard’ purchase orders and stock requests , whilst complying with the company’s control rules and procurement policy.
- They can also record purchase receipts in just two clicks
- Signatories of approval workflows are alerted to documents requiring their signature via mobile notifications; they can approve them directly from the app or delegate their signature
- Stock managers can enter inventory results and create good entry notes, good issue notes and good transfer notes
