不好玩 强盗比任何一个国家部队还有强上百倍 明明实力差距写差别很大 可是一直打不死 5万兵 2千架炮车 都打不死。粮食充足 可是那个积分一直在下降 不知道啥原因一直下降。用兵去攻打别人国家都要用石油 而且还要比用船的石油消耗来的更多。

Thanks for your comment. For foreign policy you need to build embassies, form an alliances and make deals. This'll give you good relations with the others. You can't be friends with all the countries, because of different religions, ideologies, and etc. But you can always find allies

强盗到后期强到3大强国都要一起出动，他们死了三十万过了几天我把二十万步兵补回来了，但是强盗兵力不但没有减，还超过我了，希望改正。兵是喝石油的!

好玩是好玩可是强盗可以做一个大国了肯定没有国家敢攻打，还有兵士是喝石油的。
