About this app

OxyHome is a digital home management application that lets you manage your property and residence from your mobile device. If the property you live in or own uses the OxyHome system, you'll have access to everything related to your apartment in one place.

What can you do with OxyHome?

• Your Residences — Your apartment, block, and floor information, along with your property features, are all on one screen. If you own multiple residences, they are all separate and uncluttered.

• Debts and Dues — View your outstanding dues and accruals by amount, period, and status. Each debt clearly shows which residence it belongs to.

• Contracts and Documents — View the details, terms, fixtures, and PDF versions of your lease/sales contracts.

• Request Management — Open requests for issues such as malfunctions, cleaning, and security, attaching photos; track their status and the management's responses.

• Approval Processes — See the approval steps for your contracts and requests; approve or reject them as needed.

• Pending Tasks — All pending tasks and open requests are collected on a single "Active" screen.

• Your Account — Update your profile, change your password, and delete your account from within the app at any time. Quickly log in with your email or Apple/Google account.

Who is it for?
OxyHome is designed for tenants and property owners. When your property is added to the system by the site management, your data automatically appears in the app.

Privacy and Security
Your data is processed via an encrypted connection. You can delete your account and data from within the app at any time.
