I'm not sure if the other 10 reviews that gave a 1 star are just unhappy with the service or have outdated phones but, I just got Ozark Go today and installed the app. The app is fast, responsive, let me log right in, and no other issues whatsoever.

Absolute worst app that is "required" to receive cable service. The app had never worked properly since day one. Three trips to my house adding an extender, won't help a terrible app issue. Searching for other providers options so I can stop paying for this headache.

Slow to load, sometimes doesn't load at all. Doesn't allow for time limit controls on devices. Troubleshooting doesn't work if your wifi is down.
