Very SLICk, modern and smooth, quite unlike the image typically associated with public sector organizations. As many others users have also pointed out, kindly add ASAP the policies already registered under one's CNIC or give users the option to add their NICs which should already fetch the linked policies with their bonus and premia paid info. Most of this info is already available on your website through policy holders login so porting it to the app should not be too difficult. Thanks.

This looks like a great step towards digital insurance. I'd also like to see an online payment option through this app for existing policy holders of endowment/JS and other plans. Receipts should also be available online. That'd make life easy for existing policy holders and make it a digital revolution.

I purchased Life Insurance Mehfooz Plan of one year for PKR 1650 but after successful payment through VISA Debit Card, I got nothing. I filled all details and completed all the steps till Make Payment but after deduction of my money your app is showing no record of payment or any purchased policy neither in Pending nor in any other section. I called on Helpline so many times but no response. Got no help at all from any channel, just wasted my PKR 1650. Absolutely pathetic and scam app.
