Ratings and reviews

Android version is severely limited. Can't even choose units from knots to mph. No weather integration, very little in the way of config. Airfield search is not very accurate despite filtering for my country. "easier" to find it on the map and click direct to....Perhaps I'll look again when it's close to the Apple version. Provided they allow a trial again...at this point not worth the money..

With the release of the Graphical NOTAMS, this has made RWY just about the perfect android EFB. Yes there are some feature differences still when comparing to OzRunways on Apple, but what is missing now isn't nearly as important as the inclusion of the Graphical NOTAMS (particularly for the VFR pilot such as myself). Keep up the great work OzRunways team!

This is a cutdown version of OZRunways for the same price with no explanation as to why it's not fully featured. The documentation refers to iOS and features that aren't included in the Android version. My Android device has 8+ hours of battery life and never shuts down due to heat (unlike iPads), so the hardware is ideal for pilots but the software hasn't lived up to expectations. However, RWY is stable and works reliably. Will you ever add the additional features to bring it up to the capability of the iOS version?
