What a pathetic app. All other banking apps are working, but this one is showing that I've connectivity issues. Takes ages to load and not at all user-friendly. And features like card activation don't work at all. Wish there was a negative rating option, and I would've given it to this app.

Third class application.👇 Once downloaded and verified otp and email code, the draft area is difficult to get it, not user friendly in finding that, Secondly the documents upload section is seriously very very bad , no documents upload from mobile drive or pdf easily, only camera option works.

I wish i could give it 0 star. App crashes on login in Google pixel 7 pro and similar models. Web app works fine but android app is pathetic. Customer support is even worst. I have been trying for one year to get this fixed but they would always resolve my ticket without fixing my issue. I send the screenshots every week telling them my case is not resolved. I will edit every week on number of tickets i raised to fix the issue. Edit: I opened the 7th ticket with them.
