About this app

logisticaHQ Mobile puts your warehouse on a handheld. Scan a barcode and the work follows: receive a purchase order, pick and ship an order, count a bin, or build a surgical kit. Each job is a guided sequence of prompts, not a form to fill in.

RECEIVING
• Purchase order receiving, and blind receiving with no PO
• Customer returns and RMA receiving, with damaged goods kept separate
• Lot, expiry, manufacture date and serial captured only when the product requires it
• Product labels printed as you receive

PICKING AND SHIPPING
• Directed picking from waved pick tickets, tote by tote
• Full pack picking and cartonisation
• Ship with driver ID, vehicle ID and seal number
• Pickup and delivery signatures captured on screen
• Photos attached to the shipment: the driver, the sealed box, the trailer, the plate

SURGICAL KITS AND CONSIGNMENT
• Dispatch a kit box with one scan, picked and signed and shipped without leaving the screen
• Count the kit back in when it returns from the hospital. Whatever is not counted is what was used
• Reconciliation produces a consumption document ready for invoicing, with missing instruments called out
• Directed refill against the kit's own bill of materials, then put the tray away in the bin you choose

INVENTORY AND FLOOR
• Product, licence plate and tote moves
• Cycle counting by bin and by product
• Positive and negative adjustments, including emptying a bin outright
• Letdown, packsize conversion and breakdown
• Bin and licence plate contents lookup

BARCODES, GS1 AND UDI
Scan a GS1 DataMatrix or QR code and the app reads what is encoded in it: GTIN, lot number, expiry date, manufacture date and serial fill themselves in. HIBC labels are read as well. That means fewer keystrokes and fewer typos on exactly the fields that decide what is sterile, what is in date, and what is affected by a recall.

BUILT FOR THE FLOOR
• Works with the integrated scanner on rugged Android terminals, or with the device camera
• Large targets and high contrast, readable under warehouse lighting, in light or dark theme
• Product photos on screen, so an operator confirms by eye as well as by barcode
• Spanish or English, and the wording can be changed by your own site
• Multi warehouse and multi client, so a third party logistics operator sees only their own work

REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT
logisticaHQ Mobile connects to your organisation's logisticaHQ system. You will need a tenant and user credentials from your administrator. The app is not usable on its own.

What’s new

Know exactly what arrived, and who brought it. Receiving now records the truck at the dock - driver, vehicle, seal, signature and photos - before the first item is scanned.

Put stock away faster: the handheld now suggests where each item goes.

Surgical trays can require a photo when they come back, and the operator is told up front, not at the end of the count.

Photos upload quicker over warehouse Wi-Fi, and receiving follows your site's own rules for dimensions, labels and put-away.
