I had to renew my membership for my ID card and using the app was easy. However, this being my first renewal I didn't know that I had two payments one for the state and one for the Doctor's approval for my renewal. Although, there are email reminders from the State to renew and make payments, I didn't see information mentioning that there was an additional fee and it must be paid before the doctor does his video chat with you to determine your eligibility. After make a call I was informed.

The app is stuck on the opening screen and says click here to open the app. I've deleted and redownloaded and I still can't get it to work.

Downloaded and unable to get past first screen. Uninstall and reinstalled and still asked to click on screen. Nothing happens.
