I own a Canon T6I & @ first it worked great with and w/out the USB cable, but now it freezes up and will not function properly. I now use the Canon app w/ a free Light monitor app that I found, it's not worth the $10.00 for the premium version. I've had this for 2 years, and I have held off this review for this Meteor Shower in Jan 4-7 of it's perigee, I lost several great opportunities to capture fantastic shots due to this, I cons giving 1 star, except for the great pics I got w/ this @ 1st.

I'm sorry to hear that you missed some great oppertunities. We are currently going through the code to speed it up further, we have found a few potential bugs we try to sort out. Initial testings on our Canons seems to increase the speed dramatically. Unfortunatly for you that won't help on those missed pictures.

Canon R 6 does not work with aperture, shutter speed, autofocus control. The application does not find my camera via wifi. It would be great if you could just duplicate the camera touchscreen on your phone. It seems to me that this is the basic functionality, the rest of the extensions are undoubtedly pleasant, but not so necessary. tested on android 10 and 12 xiaomi mi max 3

This is the third dslr remote control app that I have tried. All have failed to work. I am using it with a Nikon D5600 camera (which is listed as fully compatible), and a Samsung GT-S7582L smartphone with Android 4.2.2 (which is also listed as compatible). I have the correct cable and adapter (USB OTG) which have both been tested and work. I think the problem is that the D5600 is designed to be used only with Nikon's Snapbridge app. One of the other apps I tried finally admitted on their forum that they had mistakenly listed the D5600 as being compatible (which tells me that they never fully tested it, if at all). They also said that they had no plans to make their app work with any Snapbrige camera, but they continue to list the D5600 as compatible. That is probably the same situation here, which can lead people to make purchases (sometimes expensive ones) needlessly. Also, even though LektorHansen claims the ads are scheduled to pop up only once an hour, they pop up continually, and if you close one, another pops right up. He recommends not rating his app here but rather working it out through his website support. However, that is not easy to find.

Nikon D5600 is on the supported list we get from Nikon, they should work, unfortunatly its not possible to test on all the cameras. To requst help make an supportcase inside the app. I have never said you shuldn't rate the app here, but supporting you here isn't possible. Bannerads will show all the time, Interstitial ads is not that often.
