With BlueDV Connect, you can make D-STAR QSOs using your Android device and a Kenwood TH-D75. There's no need for a hotspot. Simply connect your TH-D75 to your Android device via Bluetooth, and you're ready to go. You can keep your Android device in your pocket because BlueDV Connect can operate in the background with the screen off. If you want to see who is talking, you can check on your Wear OS device.

Ratings and reviews

Works fine with the Kenwood TH-D75 and the Pixel 8 Pro and the Pixel Tablet. I am still hoping there's a way to load the additional hosts files in the Android app. So far no luck finding a way to do so.

Tried on three different phones and one tablet. Various manufacturers. Does not work with Kenwood d75. Never connects to the radio despite pairing Bluetooth at the phone level.

This app works well. But stay close to your phone Because of the bluetooth app. I.e. Connection.
