This app was good, but from some months this app gives me an error and I can't even open the app. Really how do you want us to do transactions when the app doesn't work. It's just frustrating. Please fix the issue fast, I get updates but still nothing.

Why do we have to update this site every single week why? It sounds very strange.. Honestly, I'm very unhappy the way things are conducted at BDP! How is it that you keep making changes and updating this web page, but why is it that no one at your organization has noticed that so times i had been hit with fees for services that i have not even requested! And I have demanded answers and no one, have contacted me! I have Accounts with Chase and Citi and they will never , ever touch a penny from
