Fine for the first few months or so, then just became meh. The app stopped notifying me of packages about 2 months ago and didn't show any incoming/past packages but thankfully still getting text notifications. Randomly decided to open the app today and couldn't log in at all; it wasn't recognizing my email, password, or number. Managed to finally log into the app but not until after logging into their website first.

The app is complete garbage. Currently having a login error that immediately logs me out due to "inactivity" even though I am trying to login on. Also, the app doesn't allow for saved passwords on android devices, so it's a huge pain in the ass to try an login when it logs me out. Not my first login issue either. I just want to pick up my packages! Also, why don't they use a QR generator/scanner instead of making me type in a passcode everytime I need to pick up a package.

very buggy, useless app. random errors, cannot log in. packages not showing up. no notifications. have to uninstall and reinstall all the time. have to log out and log back in all the time. it's not hard to make a working app. hire more competent people. I have built dozens of apps, it's not that hard.
