Tailkeep is a pet care tracker that keeps every part of your pet's care in one calm place: vaccinations, meals, medication, vet visits, weight, grooming, parasite control, spending and a health journal. Add every pet in your home, set the reminders you need, and see exactly what is due today.

WHY PET OWNERS USE TAILKEEP
Booster dates slip. Flea and worming doses get forgotten. Somebody feeds the dog twice. Tailkeep turns all of that into one prioritised list, "Today's care": feeding times, medication doses, vaccines due, appointments, grooming and parasite treatments across all your pets, overdue items first.

VACCINATION TRACKER WITH REMINDERS
Log each vaccine with the date given, next due date, clinic, vet and batch number. Pre-loaded vaccine suggestions for dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, horses and birds pre-fill the form, and everything stays editable. Each record shows a clear status: up to date, due soon or overdue. Choose to be warned 1 day, 3 days or 1 week before the due date.

FEEDING SCHEDULE
Set breakfast, lunch, dinner or any custom meal per pet with food type, brand and portion. A daily reminder arrives at each time and you can tap "Mark as fed" right from the notification. A feeding history logs every meal.

MEDICATION TRACKER
Add dosage, doses per day, start and end dates and instructions. Each active medication becomes a daily checklist, and a refill reminder tells you before the prescription runs low.

VET VISITS AND APPOINTMENTS
Record past visits with reason, diagnosis, treatment and cost, and attach photos of prescriptions or reports. Schedule upcoming appointments with a reminder 1 hour to 2 days ahead.

DEWORMING AND FLEA & TICK TREATMENTS
Tracked separately from vaccines, each with its own repeat interval, next due date and early warning. Marking a dose done from the dashboard logs the new treatment for you.

WEIGHT AND GROWTH
Log weigh-ins in kilograms or pounds and read the trend on a line chart. Puppies and kittens get an optional milestone checklist you can tick off as they grow.

GROOMING
Baths, nail trims, brushing or haircuts on any repeat cycle. Marking a task done moves the next date forward automatically.

PET EXPENSE TRACKER
Log vet bills, food, grooming, insurance, medication and supplies. See this month, this year or all time, with a six-month chart and a breakdown by category. Visit costs are added to spending automatically.

HEALTH JOURNAL
Note symptoms, moods and small wins with a timestamp and an optional photo, so you can show the vet when something started.

READY FOR THE VET, THE SITTER OR TRAVEL
Export a pet's full health record as a PDF: profile, emergency details, vaccinations, treatments, medications, vet visits and weight history. Share an emergency card with allergies, blood type, microchip number and emergency vet contact as an image or PDF. Create a lost-pet poster with a QR code holding your contact details.

REMINDERS YOU CONTROL
Turn each category on or off, pick the daily reminder time, set the snooze length, and mark done or snooze from the notification itself. Reminders are re-armed after a restart so they keep working.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no sign-up and no ads. Everything is stored on your phone and works offline. Back up all records and photos to a single file whenever you like, and restore it on a new phone.
