This is a fan application, made by a fan and dedicated to fans.

With the introduction of the Series 25 (CMF), it is now possible to identify which figurine is inside the box by scanning the data code on the bottom of the box.
This has been confirmed to work with Series 26

This is not official information, so it may not always work, but many users have reported that the data codes match the figurine correctly.

This app allows you to quickly scan these data codes and reveal which figurine should be in the box.

Note: The data code to scan (similar to a QR code / QRCode) to find the matching figurine is located below the boxes.

I'm a huge Lego fan and even bigger organizational fan. When I found this app and saw how you can not only keep track of your minifig collections but can also scan them to what is in the sealed box. I miss the old days and the challenge of feeling the bags to try and identify unique pieces to that minifig. When Lego moved to these boxes I was very disappointed in them. I just started using the scanning feature (used it on 10 Animal Custom minifig boxes) the scanner went 10 for 10. Love It!!

This app is quite great for scanning boxes to find certain figures and having a digital checklist for them if you don't want a physical one. My only complaint is a minor one, but I wish that, if a minifigure is highlighted, they only count once in the collection as a whole rather than the collection being counted by individual count of the Minifigures, since I have multiple of a few from the Space series. Other than that, the app is great and simple to use. Edit: I thank you for the update.

This app works great for scanning the QR codes for the otherwise random minifigurine boxes. Also has a nice little count tracker so you can keep track of the ones you've already scanned. While scanning, the app pops up the name and a picture of the figurine that's inside. All in all, exactly what I was looking for, and extremely easy to use.
