PactaGo helps you easily and clearly put agreements between individuals in writing, and sign them directly from your mobile phone.

Often, agreements are made verbally, and then questions arise: how much was lent, when it's due back, what was sold, what conditions were agreed upon, or who was responsible for what. PactaGo transforms these agreements into a clear document that both parties can review and sign.

You can create agreements from scratch or use templates for common scenarios: money loans, debt acknowledgments, private sales, deferred payments, rental or loan of goods, services, down payments, shared use of property, house rules, confidentiality agreements, or customized agreements.

The process is simple:

1. Choose the type of agreement.

2. Fill in the required information.

3. Review the content.

4. Share it with the other person.

5. The other party reviews it and decides whether to sign or decline.

6. Once both parties sign, the agreement is finalized and available for reference.

PactaGo is designed for everyday situations where it's helpful to have things clearly documented: lending money, acknowledging a debt, selling an item, agreeing to payment in installments, lending or renting property, agreeing to a service, sharing the use of something, or recording specific commitments.

To enhance traceability, PactaGo uses email access and SMS code signature confirmation. In addition, each agreement records technical evidence associated with the process, such as dates, signature status, and the document's digital fingerprint.

Once signed by both parties, the agreement is available for review, along with the associated documentation and technical evidence of the process.

PactaGo aims to make the agreement easy for both parties to understand, without unnecessarily complex forms and without relying on scattered conversations via messages. The goal is to capture the important information in a single document, using clear language and a streamlined acceptance process.
