In this version release, PactVault introduces a Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) architecture that divides the workspace into three specific portals, allowing each team to focus on their tasks without compromising data security:

π 1. Multi-Role Access (Admin, Manager, Employee) Contract data is securely isolated. Managers and Employees can only view and filter contracts that are relevant to their own departments.
π 2. Expiry Reminder Dashboard (Smart Sorting) No more late renewal penalties. The main dashboard automatically sorts and displays contracts with the closest expiry dates at the very top.
π 3. Repository & Data Intake (Admin Only) The central archive control. Admins can upload contract PDF files, fill in detailed metadata, add operational compliance tasks, and register new users (Managers & Employees) into the system.
β 4. One-Tap Validation (Manager Only) Managers have a dedicated Pending Approval queue. Review document drafts from Admins and make an Approve or Reject decision from anywhere to ensure departmental data accuracy.
π 5. Smart Search & Filter Find specific documents among hundreds of archives in seconds. Use the Advanced Filter to sort data by contract title or type. Field employees can use this feature as a quick reference when executing their daily tasks.
