Dockets turns the paper-docket scramble into a clean digital workflow for trucking and bulk cartage operators.

Drivers photograph each delivery or weighbridge docket from the cab. AI reads the ticket and fills in the details, so capture takes seconds. Back at the office, every docket belongs to a job, ready to check, approve and invoice. No more chasing crumpled paper at the end of the week.

Built for the whole operation

Docket capture: snap a delivery or weighbridge docket and the AI fills in the ticket number, weights and references. Or pick a photo that's already on your phone.
Works without signal: dockets captured in a dead zone wait on the phone and send themselves when you're back in range. If one can't be sent, it stays safely under "Not sent" with the reason and a Try again button. Nothing is lost.
Proof of delivery: capture a signature, photos and the location right at the drop.
Jobs and run sheets: drivers see the jobs they've been given, with pick-up and drop-off details, and get a notification when the office adds one.
Approve jobs from anywhere: see what's holding a job back (a missing price, a truck not set) and fix it from your phone.
Schedule: see each day's jobs, assign drivers and move work around.
Customers and pricing: per-customer rates and sites.
Optional, if your company turns them on: Live Map during a shift the driver starts (after a clear notice they can decline, and it stops when the shift ends), pre-start checks, fuel dockets, and calls to the office or site contact from inside the app.
Your company's own space, under your own logo, kept separate from every other company.
One app, the right view for everyone

Drivers get a simple, cab-friendly layout: Home, their run sheet, a big scan button, their docket history and settings. Office staff get the queue, the schedule and approvals. Your customers can sign in too, to follow their jobs and request new ones. A short welcome tour shows each person around, and can be replayed from Settings at any time.

Help when you need it

Tap ? at the top of any screen to report a problem or ask a question. Dockets attaches a picture of that screen so we see exactly what you saw. Replies arrive right in the app, and you can follow every request from Settings.

Sign in with a passkey, Google, or your username and password.
Lock the app with your fingerprint or face, so a shared cab phone stays yours.
Optional two-step sign-in for every account.
Every company's data is kept separate from every other company's.
Made for New Zealand and Australia

Dates, times and "today" follow your company's own time zone, whether you run out of Auckland, Brisbane or Perth. Light and dark mode are both built in.

Getting started

Dockets is a service for trucking businesses, so you'll need a company account to sign in. Drivers and customers: ask your company for its code, then sign in with Google or your username and password. Running a trucking business? Get in touch and we'll set your team up.
