About this app

PAGARisy Face turns any Android tablet into a face-recognition attendance kiosk for teams using the Payisy HRMS platform.

Mount it at your office entrance, warehouse floor, or shop counter, and employees clock in and out with a quick face scan — no cards, PINs, or shared logins to manage.

HOW IT WORKS

An admin activates the kiosk once using their organisation's Payisy account.
Employees are enrolled by an admin, then simply look at the camera to clock in or out.
Face matching runs on-device for speed, and keeps working even if the internet drops — punches sync automatically once connectivity returns.
Built-in liveness detection checks for a real face, not a photo or video, before recording attendance.

REQUIREMENTS

An active Payisy organisation account with Face Attendance enabled.
An admin or HR login to activate the kiosk (one-time setup).
A front-facing camera.

DATA & PRIVACY
Face data captured on this device is used solely to identify employees for attendance purposes within your organisation's Payisy account. It is not shared with third parties or used for any purpose beyond attendance matching. Organisation admins can remove an employee's face data at any time.
