Not working at all now. Total failure. Initially back issues wont download. Uninstalled then re-installed the app and now nothing downloads. You really need to get the old one back until the glitches in the new version are solved. Total waste. Only works for the developers! (Added on 29th July 2016) in response to the developers reply. Unlike the old version the new app refuses to work. Sorry.
The old app worked fine. Why change something that wasn't broke? I can't login following the update and each time I try to get hold of someone (only contactable by email) I get a message saying someone will be in contact within 2 days! Great service thanks.
When renewing via app access via web is lost The score is mostly for the customer service. I had an existing account with Archant. When I renewed via this app I lost the access to the Archant account which meant that I could not access the content via my PC. Calling Archant customer service was extremely disappointing as they could not link the purchase through the app to my existing account. Google refunded the money but it was an endless back and forth. I would have expected Archant to take ownership and resolve the issue
Very good reader Had to create additional account with the help of the support staff but once this had been created, I could login and my subscription was recognised
