The app won't open up.When I touch the icon, it opens, and then it closes back up... I can't get to my information. Can you please help.

I have a different version I have an old pad free that is much better than this one. I don't understand why that is but appears The older one has been discontinued

Best thing since sliced bread! Never had better customer service either! Just wish there was an addition for Windows 10.
