I can't use it cuz the app won't let me open the account. it keeps on saying 'wrong mail or number' when I didn't even have one with them ?! I'm a new user , lemme open an account in peace ?!

i couldn't even verify identity at the step by scanning my zairyuu card's back. how may times I retake the card , it only shows error and try again later after moment.

LoL. I only installed the app to buy iPhone on installment but after registering all information the app said I am not eligible. Just stop collaboration with Apple if you can't provide the service
