I expected this app to be a solution to daily shopping with convenience. But i was disappointed when i found out that i wasn't eligible to use the service. I even provided my personal information, took a photo of my my number card and it ended up a mess. it was verified, yes. but the apps system keep declining my purchases, except that one time i ordered. it was approved once, and i paid it. i thought i would be able to use the app again after that payment since I'm capable of paying in time.

Pretty bad customer service don't use it chose another service,instead of this one,They don't tell me a reason.why my zaiyu card cannot verify to use their's service like any other service.

I can't use it cuz the app won't let me open the account. it keeps on saying 'wrong mail or number' when I didn't even have one with them ?! I'm a new user , lemme open an account in peace ?!
