Customers applying for a Personal Loan should note that:

• Unlike other loans, Personal Loans usually have a shorter repayment tenure, ranging from 3 months to 5 years

• Depending upon the individual applicant's profile and the lender, the APR (Annual Percentage Rate) of a personal loan may vary from 10.99% to 35%

• For example, on a personal loan of Rs. 4.5 lakh at an interest rate of 15.5% with repayment tenure of 3 years, the EMI will be Rs. 15,710. The total payout here would be:

Principal Amount: Rs 4,50,000
Interest Charges (@15.5%): Rs 1,15,560
Loan Processing Fees (@2%): Rs 9000
Documentation charges: Rs 500
Amortization Schedule charges: Rs 200
Total cost of the loan: Rs 5,75,260

• However, in case of change of payment mode or any delay or non-payment of EMIs, additional charges / penal charges may also be applicable, depending on the lender's policy

• Also depending upon the lender, prepayment options may or may not be available and applicable charges for the same may vary.

Ratings and reviews

Don't go for any premium subscription. Not sure how is this CREDIT+ and CREDIT HEALTHY services meant to work? The subscription charges is 2k+, and post opting for these services, i am supposed to get a call from the representatives. I can't find any means to reach out to seek help. And this subscription seems to be active for 12 months, I have got it activated almost 2 months back and only got one call, and that too the communication was incomplete. Stop cheating customers. Pathetic service.

Literally if possible I'll give it negative stars. So pathetic and painful experience. Booked my fd credit card with them. It's been too much time and whenever I call they ask me to mail info which they already have. The app keeps telling it will take 2-4 days. But it doesn't change. However while on-boarding and before payment they say to activate it in 12-24 hours only. Once you book, your money is stuck with their scam. So poor.

Very bad experience. I got offer from Paisabzaar they said if I registered my RBL duet credit card on their mobile app i will get Voucher after 55-60 days. But it's been 90 days done. But I didn't get voucher. I highlighted this issue so many times on mail as well as on call but my issue is not solved. Every time they replied same answer to my mail they are not solving issue. I have one more experience regarding to my personal loan very cheap service.
