About this app

PakEducate School Manager helps school owners, head teachers, teachers and parents manage everyday school information in Pakistan.

For school staff:
• Record student attendance and manage classwork, homework and results.
• View school notices and your assigned classes.
• Authorized school managers can maintain student and staff records, school fees, expenses and payroll.
• Queue supported attendance and classwork updates when offline, then sync when a connection is available.

For parents:
• Scan the QR code on the student card supplied by your school.
• View the linked child’s attendance, homework, announcements and fee status.
• Read saved written monthly reports.
• Keep the card and QR link private because they grant access to the child’s information.

English and Urdu interfaces support school staff and families. New AI generation is temporarily unavailable in this release. Saved reports and normal school features remain available. Existing AI-generated reports can contain errors and should be checked before use.

School access requires an account provided by a participating school. Features depend on your role and the school’s service plan. Parent access requires a valid school-issued student-card QR code. Internet access is required for sign-in, parent updates and synchronization.
