📦 PAKETSHOP MANAGER – Stop the sorting chaos!
Know the feeling? Parcels arrive, you sort them by surname onto the shelf, write initials like "M.L." on each one, and with the next batch you reshuffle everything. With 20+ parcels a day, this becomes painful. Plus, searching for parcels by initials on the shelves often takes way too long.
🎯 OUR SOLUTION: SEQUENTIAL NUMBERS
Instead of sorting alphabetically, the app assigns a sequential number (1, 2, 3...). You just write the number on the parcel and place it on the shelf or storage location, which you can freely define in the app for even better findability.
Storage locations are freely customizable. For example, you can set up Shelf 1, Shelf 2, Slot 1, Slot 2, small room, back room, etc. in the options and combine these locations freely for each individual parcel. A parcel can then be marked with e.g. back room + Shelf 1 + Slot 2 and stored there – at pickup, you instantly know where it is and find it super quickly using the number written on it.
⚡ HOW FAST IT IS AT PICKUP
1. Customer arrives, shows ID
2. You type 3 letters of the first or last name
3. App shows you the parcel number and storage location (if assigned)
4. You go to the location and look for the corresponding parcel number
5. Hand over parcel, confirm as picked up in app + carrier app – done!
No more alphabetical sorting. No more initial codes. No more reshuffling parcels because new ones need to fit in between.
