Pakto is a digital contract signing app that creates cryptographically
secured agreements between two parties — instantly, from any location.

🔐 HOW IT WORKS
Party A creates a contract, signs it with a biometric-backed ECDSA
digital signature, and shares it with Party B. Party B reviews and
signs. Both parties receive a tamper-proof PDF with a verifiable
cryptographic hash.

🔒 SECURITY & VERIFICATION
- ECDSA P-256 digital signatures backed by device biometrics
- RFC 3161 Trusted Timestamp Authority (TSA) — proves exact signing time
- SHA-256 content and final hash — any tampering is immediately detected
- All data encrypted in transit
- Session data automatically deleted after signing or within 4 hours

📄 TAMPER-PROOF PDF
Every contract generates a legally structured PDF containing:
- Full contract text
- Digital signatures of both parties
- Cryptographic hash for independent verification
- TSA timestamp
- Verification formula at the bottom of the document

👤 IDENTITY VERIFICATION
- Biometric device authentication (Face ID / fingerprint)
- Optional Telegram phone number verification
- Optional email binding to profile
- Multi-profile support — manage multiple identities

🌍 JURISDICTION
Pakto applies RFC 3161 TSA timestamps and ECDSA P-256 signatures
compatible with national electronic signature laws.
