I don't understand why we can't see our transactions on the app, instead I'm having to mentally remember my transactions and have learned to not trust the account balance as it doesn't update like ANY OTHER monetary account app. Good when it works, but the information should be instantaneously uploaded.

Very confusing. When viewing the transactions, the amount that should be in the account isn't accurate. Wish they would've left it on the website. I also have to go out of my way to call in to be able to transfer money to another account that I was able to do so a few weeks ago. It also wastes space on my phone.

It was my first time ever and app made it pretty easy however would have been nice to have directions for the first time because was a couple things told I needed that now I am not quite sure if it really took .. hence the 4out of 5. I am assuming since it says it was successful.
