Pallet Connect Print links a Zebra printer to The Pallet Connect app on the same Android phone or tablet. Connect the printer here once, then print labels from Pallet Connect as you work. No computer required.
Scan for a nearby printer over Bluetooth, or connect over Wi‑Fi with the printer’s IP address. Print a test label to make sure it’s working. After that, leave this app running in the background and print from Pallet Connect as usual.
You’ll need Pallet Connect on the same device, Android 8.0 or newer, and a Zebra printer (ZD420 and similar) that’s on and in range.
Bluetooth is used to find the printer. Older phones may also ask for Location so scanning can work. You may see a notification while the print link is active — that’s so Pallet Connect can still print after you leave this screen.
Companion for Pallet Connect. Link a Zebra printer and print warehouse labels.
