About this app

PalletVision turns the cameras already on your plant floor into a live production record. AI counts builds, repairs, dismantles and board cuts as they happen, so the day is measured while it runs instead of reconstructed from a clipboard after it ends.

This app is for existing PalletVision customers. Accounts are created by your organisation, so there is no sign-up inside the app. If your site is not set up yet, speak to your PalletVision contact first.

• A recent still from each camera with the counting zones drawn on it
• Zone-level detail, so you know which part of a station a number came from
• Per-camera settings, including how long a camera may sit idle before you hear about it

ALERTS
Push notifications when something actually needs you:
• An edge server drops offline — and again when it recovers
• Cameras stop reporting
• The site falls below its production target, and when it climbs back
• A camera sees no production for longer than you allow

Every alert can be switched on or off, and your site's weekly off-days and holidays are respected, so a quiet Sunday does not wake you.

HOW IT WORKS
Cameras already on your floor feed an edge server at the site. That server does the counting locally and sends the results to the PalletVision platform; this app reads that record. It runs alongside your existing CCTV rather than replacing it, the camera images here are stills for context, not a live video wall.

ON ACCURACY
Counting holds high across normal production conditions, and well above manual counting. It is a measurement, not an audit. If a count looks wrong for a station, tell us and we will look at that camera.

SUPPORT
The FAQ inside the app answers the questions that come up most: why a count reads zero, what the camera statuses mean, why an alert did not arrive. If it does not cover yours, the contact option sends your message with your app version attached, so we can get to the answer faster.
