App is inefficient. I've been a customer for over 10 yrs. I have installed, uninstalled, and updated. It will not let me create an account yet. I receive emails daily. Also, I think from a marketing point, do not advertise incentives, promotions discounts if you cannot redeem them. In store locations rarely provide discounts for premiere members. I.e bundle Wellness packages, before committing to an additional $54 additional per month for this? I pay on an annual basis.

New update is junk, went to go log in and you can't even press the log in button after you put your email and password in. I would love to see what's new in this update but they've got some bugs to fix before you can even access it. I uninstalled and reinstalled and did not fix the issue. PBT please fix your app. UPDATE: Thank you pbt for fixing the issue. I wish you guys would allow purchases of sessions, etc on the app. It would be much more convenient.

I have never been able to log in and use this app. If I could rate this app a ZERO if I could. Support is terrible and not at all supportive. You really really need to fix it. Case in point...I just redownloaded this app and changed my pw. Tried to log in... just sits and spins. Constant issues and error of whoops something went wrong when trying to sign into the web. Have you actually even tried to use your own app or web app? Get it together.
