The Palmonas app is truly disappointing. Whenever I try to add an item to the cart, it shows an error. The only way to proceed is by using the Buy Now option. Even after completing the payment through my preferred payment method, the order is not reflected in the Order History. There's no confirmation, no order details—it's as if the order never existed. This is a pathetic shopping experience. An e-commerce app should at least be able to handle basic functions like adding items to the cart.

the call function not working as no one picks the call. also if we raise a complaint in app no one responds in mail or call customers. the shipping also takes more than what they say in app. no proper response from palmonas team. the contacts like mail id of support team are giving a 404 error page. not a user friendly app and also customer care is worst.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Palmonas. I received a defective product and immediately raised a concern through customer support. However, I did not receive a satisfactory response. I had to contact customer care multiple times, and the service was extremely poor. After my exchange request was submitted, I was informed that the product was out of stock. Instead of refunding the amount to my original payment method, the refund was credited to my wallet. This was frustrating
