Very disappointing experience. I ordered a bracelet but received earrings instead. I raised an exchange/return request, but the pickup has not been done for more than a week. Multiple times the status shows “customer not available”, even though I was at home. Today I even called the pickup person and clearly informed that I am available, yet the status was still updated as not available. This is extremely frustrating and misleading. Poor service and lack of accountability. Would not recommend.

Worst app ever. Firstly their collection is quite good. But the app works is not at all convenient. It does not allow you to edit anything in the profile. order status is not accessible easily. There is no cancel option. On shipping they say it is free but for COD we have to pay 75 extra. And don't even get me started with the search option that is even more worse. Their customer service even more worse. It is like completely useless. I am tired of writing and there are many more.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. I faced a payment issue where the money was deducted, but I was informed it was unsuccessful, and the refund is still pending. Delivery was delayed, and despite no call from the agent, they marked me unavailable. Customer service is unresponsive, both via calls and messages. Terrible service overall. Please refund my money at the earliest.
