I am very disappointed with my experience with Palmonas. I received a defective product and immediately raised a concern through customer support. However, I did not receive a satisfactory response. I had to contact customer care multiple times, and the service was extremely poor. After my exchange request was submitted, I was informed that the product was out of stock. Instead of refunding the amount to my original payment method, the refund was credited to my wallet. This was frustrating

I would not recommend the Palmona app because its return and exchange policy is very disappointing. The process is complicated and takes a long time to complete. Customers may face difficulties in getting their requests approved even when there is a genuine issue with the product received. The customer support response is often slow, which adds to the frustration. A good shopping platform should provide a simple and customer-friendly return experience, but Palmona's policy does not meet.

One of the most disappointing purchases I have ever made. I bought a gold-colored necklace from Palmonas because of the promises about quality and durability. I was led to believe that the jewelry would maintain its shine and appearance for a long time. Instead, within just 2–3 months, the necklace started turning black and looked nothing like it did when I purchased it. I feel completely cheated and let down. When customers spend money on jewelry, they expect it to last longer than a few weeks
