Very disappointing experience. I ordered a bracelet but received earrings instead. I raised an exchange/return request, but the pickup has not been done for more than a week. Multiple times the status shows “customer not available”, even though I was at home. Today I even called the pickup person and clearly informed that I am available, yet the status was still updated as not available. This is extremely frustrating and misleading. Poor service and lack of accountability. Would not recommend.

Very poor experience with this app. I received an incomplete order where some of the jewellery boxes were empty, even though the payment was successfully completed for the full order. Tried reaching out to the brand multiple times through available support channels and social media, but there has been no response so far. The order was placed for a special occasion, and this incident resulted in disappointment and unnecessary stress. A formal consumer complaint has already been submitted.

i had a very bad experience from my 1st order itself. I ordered 2 pair of earrings and they send me defective products. I have sent several mails for return and refund, they would reply to one mail after 2-3 days and asking me more questions which they are deliberately lengthening the return process to completely avoid the return of defective products. The worst customer care service and the worst product i have ever seen. It's been more than 1 week and there's no response for my return request.
