The app is not bad overall, but it has quite a few issues. It frequently goes offline, and adding products to the cart is not a user-friendly process. The SHEIN app has been experiencing problems quite often, and currently we’re not even able to place orders through it. There’s definitely room for improvement.

every time I press "add to cart", the website I'm shopping on lags and stops working.. and on top of that, nothing gets added to the cart
